Biography
- Administration of the will of Mark Dyer [at present residing at Lower Phillimore Street] Kensington Middlesex was granted 29/01/1833. The PCC document under this heading is in fact a codicil made in 1830 to a will not yet traced; in the codicil, Mark Dyer revoked an annuity of £60 p.a. to his esteemed friend Hannah Brown and replaced it with a legacy of £500. He also expressed regret that he did not have the pecuniary means to provide for his niece Mary Dyer Underwood. The grant of administration (to Henry Moreton Dyer) showed Mark Dyer as late of Alphington in Devon.
