The heading reads 'In the possession of John Phillips as Attorney for John [sic] Savage' but the attestation below shows John Phillips as attorney for Joseph Savage. The enslaved people are clearly those sold and attached to Windsor Castle in 1820, when Joseph Savage (whose attorney sold them) was identified as the trustee of John Wordsworth.
