Merchant in Jamaica and then in Liverpool. Possibly the Holt of Shaw + Inglis + Holt, slave-factors.

  1. Will of Aaron Holt merchant of Everton near Liverpool proved 03/06/1818. The will is uninformative: he left his estate to his unnamed wife and their five children. June 18 [1847] At Camberwell Grove, aged 72, [death of] Ann, relict of Aaron Holt, esq. merchant, of Liverpool, and formerly of Jamaica.
