1755 - 1798
William Urqhuart of Meldrum, third cousin once-removed of John "Jock" Urquhart of Carriacou. Went to Carriacou in the mid 1770s as partner to Jock. Sold his moity of Meldrum to Jock in 1784.
William's parents were Keith Urquhart of Meldrum and Lady Jean Duff.
