Purchaser of the Rosebank estate from Robert Young in 1778, reselling it to Jacob Wilkinson in 1798.

  1. Will of James Mackintosh of Farr Sutherlandshire [made in 1820] proved 15/07/1824. The will makes no reference to property in Tobago: it did refer to his entail of his Farr estate and 'half of Inverary' for his son John James Mackintosh.
