MP and Cornish landowner, trustee of John Price the younger of Penzance (q.v.). Craton and Walvin showed him as co-mortgagee on Spring Garden, and implicitly as himself a creditor, but he appears in fact to have been a trustee.

A cover note outlining the contents of the document.
