Slave-owner on Nevis, holding the Coconut River estate there in 1765. An estate known as Coram's with 26 enslaved people was sold by Pinney & Tobin (probably as attorneys of Sir Alexander Powell q.v.) to Edward Huggins in 1783. Under an indenture of 26/03/1770 John Lytton Coram and his wife Ann sold 110 acres of land on St Vincent to Gilbert Gollan, also of Nevis, for £700.
