Sir John Miller of Bath Easton (MP for Newport 1784-1790) as assignee of Ben. Sam. Charlwood late of Windlesham was party to a deed of 1784 between the annuitants of William Gray's Richmond estates on Jamaica and Jacob Israel Bernal, the new owner. To date LBS has not traced Ben. Sam Charlwood nor identified the circumstances under which Sir John Miller became the assignee.
