The will distributed personalty and effects among a network of absentee St Kitts slave-owners and other connections, including her brother Charles Woodley, the family of her late nephew Frederick Noel, her nephews William John Bankes, Rev. Edward Bankes and George Bankes, and her nieces Anna Countess of Falmouth and Lady Hawker.
