Ann Nolan counterclaimed for £1500 against the enslaved people on the Morning Star estate on Nevis as the next of kin of James Brodbelt. Her connection to James Brodbelt has not been further traced. Ann Nolan spinster registered 10 enslaved people in 1817, and three in 1828.
