Robert Besly was baptised 15 /05/1796 in Hanover. He was the son of Joseph Besly and Dorothy McLeod (q.v.). Robert Besly registered four enslaved people in 1817. He died between 1817 and 1820; Henry Besly was his executor in 1820.
