Elizabeth Campbell was the daughter of Archibald Campbell of Minard, St Ann, and of Knockbuy, Argyllshire. Her father died at Minard, 08/07/1798 and her mother Anne Brown died there too, 01/05/1800. Elizabeth married George Pinnock Dunston 25/12/1784 in St Ann; the couple had six children baptised in Kingston between 1786 and 1795. Elizabeth's youngest daughter Georgiana Archbould Dunston married John Gale Vidal (q.v.) in Kingston, 16/04/1818.
This Elizabeth Dunston is not proven but is likely to be the Elizabeth Dunston/Dunstone who was awarded compensation for 1 enslaved person in St Andrew, Jamaica, and 8 enslaved people in Kingston, Jamaica.
