Trustee, it is currently unknown for whose benefit was the trust. This was almost certainly John Druce solicitor of Billiter Square between at least 1829 and 1840, when the firm's name is given as Charles Druce and Sons.
London Gazette, Issue 18580, 29/05/1829, p. 991 and London Gazette, Issue 19873, 10/07/1840, p. 1635. Another John Druce was a Naval agent c. 1800, in his own name and presumably as part of Ommaney & Druce; Ommaney is shown as an executor of this John Druce in 1827. London Gazette, Issue 15228, 04/02/1800, p. 121; London Gazette, Issue 18339, 27/02/1827, p. 474.
