Son of Green Barrett Waite (1748-1819, grand-daughter of Samuel Barrett 1689-1760), and William Plummer (1746-1818), claimed unsuccessfully as owner of Anchovy Bottom in St James but awarded the compensation for another smaller claim in St Elizabeth Jamaica.
