Resident slave-owner and attorney in Jamaica, dying c. 1850.

  1. Will of Stephen Hannaford of St Dorothy Jamaica [made in 1850] proved 15/04/1852. He left £20 to his eldest son Thomas Roberts now residing in England in full settlement of any claims against his estate. He left £2000 to two daughters, Eliza Gay (the wife of Wm. Tabois Smith) and Jane Ferguson Hannaford. The rest of his property passed to his three children by his present wife Anna Maria: Stephen, George Willett and Sarah Sophia.

  2. William Tabois Smith married Eliza Gay, eldest daughter of Stephen Hannaford Esquire 07/04/1846 in Jamaica.
