  1. Born 11/11/1788 and baptised 30/05/1789 in Nevis, son of Joseph Herbert and Margaret Pemberton. Married Ann Prentis, daughter of Edward Huggins, Esquire, senior, in Nevis 08/05/1818. Walter Maynard Pemberton died in 1836 on his journey to settle in Britain.
