Partner and probably son of Thomas Flockton (q.v.) in Thomas Flockton & Sons (q.v.). Husband of Maria Isabella Cruikshank, the daughter of James Cruikshank (whose trustees claimed in St Vincent No. 601).
Webster Flockton was a liveryman, connected with Watermans company. Mr Webster Flockton of Bermondsey summoned before Lord Mayor, a case arising from 'the contest between the corporation and the Watermen's steamboat company'. Webster Flockton of the Spa Road and Horsleydown Southwark and of Stanmore-house Weybridge died in his 52nd year, August 1853.
Webster Flockton 51 years 'Horslydown, removed from Brighton' was buried at South Metropolitan Cemetery (now known as West Norwood Cemetery) 05/08/1853.
