Born at 6 Bedford Square 22/07/1803. Baptised 09/08/1803 St George's Bloomsbury (parentage as above). Died s.p. 03/12/1872 at Spring Hill. Additional addresses given for him were Paulers Pury Park, Northamptonshire; Hardmead, Buckinghamshire; Knockmarloch, Ayrshire.
Will of William George Shedden late of Spring Hill, Whippingham, Isle of Wight who died 3 December 1872 at Spring Hill proved by William Hawthorn of 5 Lime St Square the nephew one of the executors: effects under £35,000, resworn November 1881 under £45,000.
Later generations of Sheddens were descended from William George Shedden's brother Roscow Cole Shedden (1811-1877) and the latter's son George Shedden (1856-).
