Party to the Chancery suit of Stewart v Garnett into which the proceeds of two compensation claims in St Mary were paid. Almost certainly the daughter of Sarah Anne nee Stewart and John Garnett, and granddaughter of Hon. James Stewart (q.v.), and probably the Elizabeth Garnett unmarried aged 70 born Jamaica who in 1871 was living as lodger in Oxford Street, Liverpool.
