Executor of Henry Parker (the son of Thomas John Parker and brother of James Craggs Parker, q.v.) and in that capacity party to a number of suits surrounding the implementation of the will of Henry Parker, including Pearse v Hewitt, described as Pearse v Brooke in the compensation records.
Probably but not certainly the James Brooke 'conveyancer and colonial law agent' of Furnivals Inn who died c. 1857.
