Executor for Crawford Davison (q.v.).

  1. Shown as 'gentleman' of Brighton and as of Kemp-town Brighton (two separate entries each for £1500) in subscription lists of the Direct London and Brighton Railway.

  2. Will with a codicil of Richard Silvester Cahill late of Richmond Surrey who died 31/05/1868 proved 1 August 1868, effects under £30,000, resworn December 1869 as under £35,000.

  3. In 1851, Richard Silvester Cahill aged 63 'Returned Merchant', birthplace illegible but possibly Jamaica was living at Sion Row, Twickenham, with his wife Frances aged 60 born Blandford Dorsetshire and daughter Mary Jane aged 29 born East Indies.
