This was probably Thomas Pierrepoint who was born c. 1770 in Barbados and died 10 December 1837. Married Eleanor Ann Butler, 20 November 1795, St Michael, Barbados: they had 15 children. He died in London England while there on business; his remains were interred in the Vaults at Kensal Green Cemetery, London.
A white marble tablet in the Cathedral of St. Michael and All Angels, Bridgetown, commemorates both Thomas Pierrepont and fourth daughter Charlotte (Mrs. Henry Crichlow).
