Trustee with 3 others, almost certainly of the will of Edmund Fearon Bourke (1755-1812) (q.v.), his (and their) father-in-law. His wife Elizabeth Ann Catherine Bourke was born in Jamaica, 1783.
'My dau. Eliz Ann Kath wife of Chas. Freeman Esq.' appears in the will of Edmund Fearon Bourke proved 01/02/1812.
It is likely that the will of Charles Freeman of Bath, proved 21/05/1836, was the awardee. The will, made in 1833, confirms a bond of 1807 securing an annuity of £450 p.a. to his [unnamed] wife, and subject to this annuity left his estate to his daughters Caroline, Agnes and Eliza. The link is provided by Ralph Rice, an executor under this will, who was the co-awardee and brother-in-law of the Charles Freeman of the compensation awards.
