Awarded the compensation for two estates in British Guiana (Pln Henry and Haarlem & Rotterdam). Widow of George Jacob Goppy (who was buried at St Paul Shadwell 24/09/1831), daughter of Thomas Bampfylde Tyndale of Withiel Flory and reportedly niece of John Tyndale Warre.
In 1851 Louisa Vere Goppy aged 58 born Wells Somerset was living at Waterloo Terrace Rugby Warwickshire with her sons Charles Bampfylde Goppy aged 30 born Marylebone and Geo Taylor Goppy aged 23 born Demerara. All three were described as fundholders.
Will of Louisa Vere Goppy formerly of Haywards Heath but late of Townlands Lindfield Sussex who died 17/12/1877 proved 13/02/1878 by Charles Bampfylde Warre of Townlands, effects under £800. George Taylor Goppy late of Rugby died at Brighton in 1856 leaving £7000 (resworn in 1878 from £20 at probate in 1860); Charles Bampfylde Warre left under £700 in 1905.
