Probably James Christian Clement Bell, the consul for Tuscany between 1838 and his death in 1871 who appears to be linked to Angel Court in the 1860s and was a partner in Bell and Grant (q.v.) in 1871. He was the heir of James Bell of Reed, Bell which later became Bell and Grant.
