Purchased 1st Jan 1787
Fetcham Park in Surrey, bought in 1792 by Thomas Hankey I, who completed the remodelling of the house with the addition of north and south wings begun earlier in 1788. The estate was owned by the Hankey family until c. 1924. Now a conference centre and wedding venue.
