In his will made in 1816 Robert Seaman referred to the three houses he had built at Hounslow, one in the occupation of 'Miss Lepipre.' Elizabeth Lepipre 'of Seaman Place, Hounslow' appeared as the owner of uncollected dividends on bank stock dating to Jan. 1816 [The Names and Descriptions of the Proprietors of Unclaimed Dividends on Bank Stock 1823].
