T71/865: claim from Geo. Cuthbert and James Townson, as trustees to George Pinnock. Counterclaim, dated 05/08/1835, from 'George Pinnock an infant under 21 years by Charlotte Pinnock his mother Natural guardian' (withdrawn on 07/12/1835).

T71/1593: letter to Charlotte Pinnock, of 7 Wellington Parade, Gloucester, acknowledging the withdrawal of her counterclaim.

T71/1608: letter, dated 27/07/1835, from Charlotte Pinnock, stating: 'I presume I can be the trustee for my son, when the money is to be invested'.
