T71/872: claim by Anthony Davis, of St Catherine, on behalf of Alexander Stewart and Isaac Westmorland (the mortgagees), the said Anthony Davis being owner in fee and survivor of Benjamin Capon. Counterclaims from Benjamin Capon, as devisee, and Mary Capon, in respect of dower. Alexander Stewart and Isaac Westmorland then counterclaimed as mortgagees, but later withdrew their counterclaim (as did the Capons).
