T71/860: claim by Moses D'Aguilar, as owner-in-fee. John Johnstone and Lewis Pacifico were judgement creditors.
T71/1606: letter, dated 20/03/1837, from G.H. Wardale, 15 Garlick Hill, London, asking for reassignment to the estate of his father George Steven Wardale, of Kingston, George Steven Wardale having a judgement against Mr D'Aguilar dating from June 1821 for £188 10s 2d. The letter states that it is in George Steven Wardale's lists under what appear to be intials, but he is sure it is the claimant. George Steven Wardale had made Mr H. [M]arriott, of Manchester, his executor, but Harriott fell ill and could not execute his duties, 'by which myself the heir have been a severe sufferer'.
