T71/877: shows 187 enslaved persons. Claim by Samuel Warner, as administrator of T. N. Kerby, owner-in-fee. Counterclaims from Potts, as trustees for the Rev. John Thos. Wilgress, and others. This claim and Antigua claim no. 339 go to the Court of Chancery in the colonies. Counterclaim also from Jane Kerby, 'of the Palace Hampton Court', widow of Thomas Norbury Kerby, for arrears upon a jointure amounting to £1155 11s 0d.
