T71/867: awarded to William Ross as devisee in trust and executor of Robert Ross by James Forsyth, attorney. Counterclaim from Wm Ross (presumably a different one, one of the natural sons of Robert Ross) as annuitant under the will of Robert Ross £35 14 31/2d per annum for life. William Ross the claimant denied the counterclaim of William Ross.
Mary Haverfield did not appear as a claimant but was one of the beneficiaries of the trust will of Robert Ross.
