Times 11/10/1837 p. 1: call in relation to Tabbernor vs Tabbernor suits for the creditors of Thomas Tabbernor, 'formerly of the Island of Jamaica, planter, afterwards of Kensington, nr Liverpool in the county of Lancaster (Lancashire), and late of the said IoJ, (where he died in or about the month of April, 1834)'.
T71/1592 p. 156: letter, dated 17/06/1835, to J. Ridley re. Tabbernor vs Tabbernor: 'I have to state that, generally, Executors who have proved the will or any or either of them may receive the compensation on account of their Testator's Estate'. Letter from Jno Ridley, of Liverpool, in identical terms to the Tabbernor Manchester claims.
