T71/856: Timperon and Dobinson, London, original claimants as mortgagees. Counterclaim from Lord Seaford, Creditor under Decree also on judgement dated June 1831. Timperon and Dobinson denied the counterclaim on 10/10/1836. Then a letter dated 14/10/1836 from Druce and Sons giving notice of suit to St Mary claim nos. 128, 129 and 134. Letters dated 13/05/1837 from Brook & Cutler and Druce and Sons stating that an agreement has been made for dismissing the suit. Seaford withdrew the counterclaim on 19/04/1837.
