T71/177 p. 206: will of Wm. Nembhard, dated 25/04/1833. Wm. Nembhard died on 09/10/1833 in London, leaving Hounslow estate to his under-age son, under the guidance of his uncle Edward; and 'To my dau. Eva the half of Kensington plantation, her brother sharing with her at her mother's death and paying her £3000'. Henry and Edward Nembhard were Wm. Nembhard's brothers. Henry Nembhard was an absentee; Edward Nembhard was resident. The will made it impossible to sell the esates (or at least Kensington estate) until 1852.
