Counterclaim from Henry Davidson, Aeneas Barkly and Wm Davidson as executors of Henry Davidson 'Judgement creditor October 1813 £5628 9s 0d due 1st January 1835 with interest on £3317 3s 7d of same from sd date'. Claim was for 108 enslaved persons: note says 'Return 102 - Registry covers only 102'.
