T71/860: claim by Robert Gray, in right of his wife, tenant for life under the will of John Anderson Kennedy. Geo. Gray counterclaimed as a creditor and legatee, and ultimately as trustee of the marriage settlement of Robt. Gray and his wife. A note states: 'Letter from Mr R Gray stating he has assigned the slaves over to his Brother as trustee'.
