T71/873: claim by Wm. Holder and Charlotte Burke, as legatees and devisees under the will of Thos. Dunn. Counterclaim from Philip Vaughan, of Bristol, as mortgagee in fee and judgement creditor.

T71/1608: letter from Philip Vaughan, of Bristol, stating: 'I enclose a power of attorney from Mr Wm Holder to myself'. Enslaved persons registered in 1832 by Thos. Dunn and Wm. Holder, as agents for the heirs of Thomas Dunn.

T71/1593 p. 88: letter, dated 17/06/1837, to Charlotte Burke, 2 Bolton Row, Mayfair, acknowledging documents.

T71/1594 p. 205: letter, dated 23/07/1838, to Philip Vaughan, stating: you missed today's hearing, so it's stood over - 'Had you attended here and produced your mortgage, the commissioners would have adjudicated upon your case'. (Philip Vaughan thought Wm. Holder had withdrawn?).
