T71/1594 p. 205: letter, dated 23/07/1838, to Philip Vaughan, stating: you missed today's hearing, so it's stood over - 'Had you attended here and produced your mortgage, the commissioners would have adjudicated upon your case'. (Philip Vaughan thought Wm. Holder had withdrawn?).
