T71/874: claim by Jefferies & Esdaile, of Trelawney, as mortgagees. Berners and Capper counterclaimed for interest on £10,000, £2700 arrears. Counterclaim also from Mary Reid, under the will of Geo. Reid, dated 28/07/1819, as an annuitant for £500 per annum for (same?) £2,700 arrears. (Rev.) Geo. Capper was the executor of Mary Reid (deceased).
