T71/867: awarded to the heirs of Thomas Cussans, SSt Thomas-in-the-East, owners. Counterclaim from Robert Lambert, devisee of his mother who was the devisee of Thomas Cussans [died 1796: see T71/1200 counterclaim of Robert Lambert of Weston in the county of Surrey].

Jamaica Almanacs (1833 and 1838) show Thomas Cussans as alive as owner of Winchester but as deceased for Amity Hall.
