Counterclaim by George Scott, Matthew Henry Scott and Richard Lee, 'trustees of a term of 500 years created by the will of Jno Scott for securing an annuity of £800 sterling to Elizabeth Scott his widow'. Presumably counterclaim was admitted as listed in uncontested claims in Parliamentary Papers.
