Clive; John Brown; John Matthew Williams, of Stanley House, King's Road, Middlesex, heir at law of Joseph Williams for the whole compensation; Thomas Gilby Cornhill, sole acting executor and residuary legatee of Julius Samuel Rich, who was assignee of a legacy of £1000 charged under the will of John Richardson Herbert, dated 24/11/1788, for the said legacy with interest at 5% from 18/01/1793.
