Counterclaim from 2 mortgagees (including Andrew Clarke as executor of Matthew Neilson [Leeson?] by his attorney Robert Neilson, who declined to appear at the hearing of 20/11/1837) and from Charlotte Adcock (no 5 Sherwood Cottages Albany Road, Camberwell), legatee for £2500 bequeathed by Matthew Leeson on 05/10/1808 of which remained unpaid by 31st May 1829 £2721 14s 1d, received since then £292 12s 8d.
Assignment by claimant to John Wood Nelson, Benjamin Adam etc. For valuable consideration of the residue of compensation on Trinidad claim nos. 991 and 992 after payment of £1100 to John Carter and his wife the late Charlotte Adcock.
