T71/898: claim by J.H. Nurse, as the executor of the will of Jno B. Nurse. Counterclaim by Brian Taylor Young, of St Philip, as the only acting trustee under the marriage settlement of Rev. Bryan Taylor Nurse and Jane (his wife), judgment and execution dated 06/03/1821.  

T71/557 p. 166: enslaved persons were registered by J.H. Nurse, as the executor of Jno B. Nurse.  

T71/1306: Rev. Bryan Taylor Nurse had sold enslaved persons to John Bayley Nurse in 1821, secured indre for £3150; on Bryan Taylor Nurse's marriage to Jane Gaitskill, a judgement was assigned to Brian Taylor Young as trustee of the marriage settlement.
