Counterclaim from Samuel Hall Lord, judgement creditor, execution issued 01/05/1828, for £136 11s 2d. 1840 affidavit referring to the death of the claimant, stating that the enslaved persons were the property of Thos Proverbs (her husband) and given to her for dower, and referring to the amount due on judgement.
