Farrar, in Farrar & others versus Birch & others, stating: 'as solicitor for the plaintiff and also as individually interested please tell me how much has been paid on Fryes formerly Redheads afterwards assigned in mortgage to Thwaites & Wheelwright and again mortgaged to William Harris Esq: Mr Harris's reps have received nothing for many years'.
T71/1593 p. 103: letter, dated 10/02/1836, to Thomas Farrar, 6 Gloucester Place, New road, stating: the award has already been made to George Francis Redhead.
