The counterclaim was withdrawn. A supplemental claim was made by Henry Davidson, Aeneas Barkly and Wm. Davidson, 'stating the death of John (= William ?) Alves, claimant, and that an arrangement has been entered into between his executors and trustees and the supplemental claimants, whereby the supplemental claimants became entitled to the compensation money'.
