T71/885: Lewis Cameron and Baillie Chisholm were sequestrators of plantation Belair, the property of the deceased Thos. Lighton. Counterclaims inter alios from Campbell Faloon, as the attorney of Thomas and William Earle, of Liverpool, merchants, mortgagee for £1216 10s 8d., 06/11/1826; John Crosthwaite, of Liverpool, by his attorney Wm. Campbell, as judgement creditor. All the counterclaims were withdrawn.
