T71/885: claim by Mrs M.C.E. Thibou Matthews by her Husband J. Thibou Matthews, nomine uxoris. 06/02/1837 - 'Awarded to M.C.E.Thibou Mathews and J. Thibou Mathews - the same to await the filing of the wife's consent'. Received on 19/01/1839 a 'Marriage settlement between Joseph Thibou Mathews and Maria Christina Estradina [?] Glaser - now Mathews - wherein it is stipulated (amongst other things) there shall be no community of goods between said parties'. Amended award to M.C.E. Thibon Mathews on 23/01/1840 .
