Brooke, of Chipping Sodbury, Gloucestershire, a spinster; Henry James Brooke, of Stockwell; and William Robertson Webb, of Sambrooke Court, by virtue of a mortgage for £43006 16s 10d. Withdrawn. Letter, dated 19/11/1835, from James Bogle Smith, Sambrook court, Basinghall St., enclosing a copy of the counterclaim, lodged with the understanding of the proprietor. States that the proprietor had 'no objection thereto'.
